2026 Conference Information
Dates: November 5th and 6th, 2026
Conference Location: First Baptist Church: 825 W Rogers Blvd, Skiatook, OK 74070
School Membership Fee: Each school is required to pay a $75 school membership fee.
Sponsors: There is no cost for the first two sponsors attending; regular pricing of $20 for additional adults attending.
Registration Deadline: Please register on or before October 16, 2026. Registration and fees are non-refundable.
Three-Tier Pricing for Each Student
$45 — Thursday Day Pass: Morning and afternoon sessions on Thursday, November 5, 2026 (does not include banquet/dinner and evening activities).
$60 — Thursday Full Pass: Thursday sessions, both day and evening activities (does not include Friday, Nov 6).
$75 — Two-Day Pass: Attend activities for both days, Thursday, November 5 & Friday, November 6, 2026.
Please note that the online registration is what officially registers you for the conference and must be completed in advance. The registration packet should also be printed and completed, but it will be brought to the conference by the sponsor. The packet includes a medical waiver for each student, which should be completed before arrival.
